Dave McGlinchey is an environmental policy professional with a background spanning law, communications, and climate science. Before joining The Resilience Collaborative, he spent nearly a decade at the Woodwell Climate Research Center (formerly the Woods Hole Research Center), where he led the organization’s government relations and policy efforts. He served as lead author of the resulting report released by the COP26 Presidency in Glasgow. A journalist turned lawyer, McGlinchey previously held communications and government relations roles at global biotechnology company Novozymes and at Manomet Conservation Sciences. He earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
